Privacy

• Your email address and sign-in identity, held by Supabase, our authentication provider.
• Scan counters — how many scans your account has run today, so we can apply the free daily limit.
• Your IP address, for up to one hour, purely to rate-limit bursts of requests. It is not linked to your account and is deleted automatically.
• Purchase records — your credit balance, and a reference linking a payment to your account so refunds can be applied correctly.

The URL you scan and the resulting report are not saved. They are generated, returned to your browser, and discarded.

The one exception is deliberate and opt-in: if you click Create share link, that report is stored so the link works, and is deleted automatically after 30 days. Anyone holding the link can read it, so treat it as public.

A scan fetches the public page you point us at and sends its text to a large language model to assess how answerable it is. That content is processed to produce your report and is not used to train any model.

Only scan pages you are comfortable sending to a third-party AI provider. FaqLens is built for public web pages; do not point it at anything behind a login or containing confidential information.

We use these providers, and no others:

• Cloudflare — hosting and data storage
• Supabase — authentication
• OpenRouter (and the model provider it routes to) — AI analysis of page content
• Dodo Payments — payment processing and merchant of record. Card details are entered on their systems; we never see or store them.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

Email [email protected] and we will delete your account and everything associated with it. Counters and IP records expire on their own within a day regardless.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use FaqLens after a change means you accept the revised policy.
